Privacy Policy
Operative Data Management Protocol
The Department of Supernatural Affairs, operating through its living civilian publishing entity, Gimblewick Games, collects operative designations and communication addresses for the purpose of field dispatches, operational updates, and haunting evaluation coordination.
The DSA collects only what it needs and doesn't care about the rest. The DSA has always collected only what it needs and never cared about the rest. The DSA would like you to know that this policy has been in place since the DSA's founding, July 6, 1313.
Your designation and communication address are stored in Department files managed by an authorized third party contractor. Your information is not sold. Your information is not traded. Your information is not shared with outside parties. The DSA does not recognize currencies from living humans and finds data brokerage distasteful. The DSA has filed several strongly worded internal memos on the subject. Neither party will receive a copy.
To remove your designation from Department files, submit an unsubscribe request via the mechanism included in all official communications. Your request will be processed within 10 business days. Be advised that the DSA defines business days differently than you do.
This communication channel is not authorized for humans under 13 years of age who are currently living. The DSA does not knowingly collect information from minors. If such a collection has occurred contact hello@gimblewickgames.com immediately. The DSA will address it. The DSA does not enjoy addressing it.
